About the Author:

Andy Wasif has been a Red Sox fan since the days of skipper Ralph Houk. He attended Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications with an eye on sports journalism. Graduation brought him to Los Angeles, where he spent time as a stand-up comedian. Fully recovered from that profession, the Boston native now shuttles back and forth between the Northeast and Southern California, working on television and film projects including The Diary of Gunkie Malloy. His other books include How to Talk to a Yankee Fan with coauthor Rick D'Elia and Not the Life for Me.
